Exterior (Smooth Paint)

• Wash
As per your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed with a mild biowash detergent to remove dirt and mildew and provide a chalk free surface for painting.

• Surface Preparation
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. Bleach Treatment is applied to kill mildew. All gaps are filled and caulked to prevent water intrusion.

• Organisation
All floor and other non paint areas are protected with plastic sheeting and drop cloths. Windows are tape masked off to prevent splashes and plant and shrubs are protected with plastic sheeting where necessary.

• Paint
Repaired areas are primed and two coats of premium quality paint are applied to a uniform finish.

• Clean
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

• Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.
